Amends the definition of "course of conduct" for both civil stalking orders of protection (12 V.S.A. § 5131) and criminal stalking cases (13 V.S.A. § 1061) to clarify that the two or more required acts do not need to occur on separate calendar days.

Multiple stalking-related acts occurring on the same day can now establish the pattern of conduct necessary to prove stalking under Vermont law.

Applies to both criminal stalking prosecutions and civil proceedings for stalking orders of protection.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
