Department of State's Attorneys and Sheriffs and the Attorney General's office must submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly by March 1 each year

Reports must include data on arrests/referrals for each offense, cases accepted for prosecution, cases referred to pre-charge court diversion, and dismissals with categorical explanations

Case disposition data must track outcomes including court diversion, plea agreements, dismissals due to guilty pleas on other charges, evidence suppression, witness non-cooperation, legal defects, and convictions by bench or jury trial

All data must be aggregated, deidentified, and compiled in a uniform format searchable by jurisdiction and offense
