Recognizes Turner's 30+ year firefighting career with Milton Fire and Rescue Department, which he joined at age 16, serving as both fire chief and town forest fire warden

Notes Turner was first appointed to the General Assembly by Governor Jim Douglas in early 2006 and was subsequently reelected six times by voters in his House district

Directs the Secretary of State to send copies of the resolution to Turner's family, the Milton Town Clerk, and the Milton Fire Department
