Designates April 18, 2025 as USS VERMONT (SSN 792) Day in Vermont, marking the fifth anniversary of the submarine's commissioning on April 18, 2020

USS VERMONT is the third U.S. Naval vessel to carry the State of Vermont namesake and is currently deployed in the Western Pacific with port calls in South Korea and Japan

The submarine plays a leading role in the AUKUS (Australia, United Kingdom, United States) Trilateral Security Partnership and awarded the first Royal Australian officer his U.S. Navy Submarine Warfare Insignia

Crew received the 2024 Squadron One Battle Readiness Award (Battle E) along with awards for engineering, electronic warfare, supply, and personnel readiness

Directs the Secretary of State to send a copy of the resolution to the Commanding Officer of the USS VERMONT and the USS VERMONT Support Group
