Recognizes March 25, 2025 as National Medal of Honor Day in Vermont, commemorating the date in 1863 when the first six Medal of Honor recipients (Andrews' Raiders) were honored

Approximately 60 Vermonters received the Medal of Honor during the Civil War, with additional recipients from the Indian Wars (1), Philippines Campaign (1), interim periods (2), World War II (3), and Vietnam War (1)

Highlights Willie Johnston of Salem (now Derby), Vermont, who remains the youngest Medal of Honor recipient ever, receiving the award at age 13 for retaining his drum during the 1862 Peninsula Campaign retreat

Directs the Secretary of State to provide copies of the resolution to the Green Mountain Base Submarine Veterans, the Vermont Office of Veterans Affairs, and the Vermont National Guard Library and Museum
