Designates April 2, 2025 as Early College Day at the State House to recognize Community College of Vermont Early College Program (ECP) students visiting the legislature

The Early College Program allows high school students to complete their senior year and freshman year of college simultaneously, established under 2013 Acts and Resolves No. 77

ECP represents approximately 0.4% of Education Fund expenditures and targets students who might not otherwise pursue postsecondary education

Enrollment of low-income students in the ECP at Community College of Vermont increased by 250% over the past three years

Directs the Secretary of State to send copies of the resolution to the Community College of Vermont president and the Secretary of Education
