Celebrates the 40th anniversary of Robin's Nest Children's Center, a play-based early childhood program in Burlington's Old North End founded in 1985 by parents after another local child care program closed

Robin's Nest currently serves 31 infants, toddlers, and preschoolers from 23 families with 9 teachers, using multi-age groups with high adult-to-child ratios

35% of enrolled children are BIPOC and 65% receive support from Vermont's Child Care Financial Assistance Program

Directs the Secretary of State to send a copy of the resolution to Robin's Nest
