Congratulates the 7/8 St. Albans Steelers for winning the 2025 Northern Vermont Youth Football League Division I championship, the team's first Division I title since 1988

The team consisted of players from seven Franklin County communities: St. Albans City, St. Albans Town, Alburgh, Enosburg, Fairfield, Sheldon, and Swanton

As the sixth seed, the Steelers defeated the top-ranked, undefeated Rutland Raiders 26–19 in overtime after trailing 19–7 at halftime

The roster included 35 players led by Head Coach Nick Norris and seven assistant coaches

Directs the Secretary of State to send a copy of the resolution to the team
