Commemorates the 160th anniversary of the Park-McCullough Historic Governor's Mansion in Bennington, a Victorian-era French Second Empire residence constructed from 1864–1865 at a cost of $75,000

The mansion was home to two Vermont Governors: Hiland Hall (1858–1860) and John Griffith McCullough (1902–1904), and remained in continuous family residency for a century until 1965

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, the mansion now operates as a restored house museum hosting theatrical productions, concerts, and community events

Directs the Secretary of State to send copies of the resolution to the Park-McCullough House Association, Inc., the Friends of Hiland Hall Gardens, and the Fund for North Bennington, Inc.
