Extends Vermont's protections for "legally protected health care activity" (reproductive and gender-affirming care) to cover individuals who previously aided or encouraged such care in other U.S. jurisdictions where those acts were legal at the time

Prohibits Vermont public agencies from cooperating with interstate or federal investigations seeking to impose liability on individuals for providing, seeking, or receiving reproductive or gender-affirming health care that is legal in Vermont

Restricts disclosure of protected health information related to legally protected health care activities to out-of-state government entities, with exceptions for patient authorization, court orders, and Vermont regulatory investigations

Allows pharmacists and prescribers to redact their names from fulfilled prescriptions for non-controlled medications used in reproductive or gender-affirming care, with immunity from civil liability for failing to do so absent gross negligence

Expands consumer protection laws to prohibit any person from disseminating untrue or misleading advertising about health care services in Vermont, and exempts contact information of licensed health care providers from public records disclosure
