Repeals the scheduled sunset provision (Section 5) of 2024 Acts and Resolves No. 135, which would have terminated the Agency of Transportation's authority to use automated traffic law enforcement systems in work zones

Deletes Sections 6 and 7 of the 2024 law, removing provisions that were tied to the temporary nature of the original program

Makes the automated traffic enforcement system program in highway work zones permanent rather than a pilot or temporary initiative

Takes effect immediately upon passage
