Extends the Vermont State Teachers' Retirement System provision allowing retired educators (Group A or Group C members) to return as interim school educators for up to one school year while continuing to receive their full retirement allowance

Increases the number of authorized one-fiscal-year renewals from two to seven, extending the program through fiscal year 2030

Removes the requirement that returning retirees must serve in a different interim position each renewal year

Extends the repeal date of the provision from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2031

Shifts the State Treasurer's renewal determination window from June 1-30 to May 1-31 each fiscal year
