Extends the Psychedelic Therapy Advisory Working Group originally established by Act 126 in 2024, with the group set to cease operations on January 1, 2026

Expands the Working Group to 11 members including representatives from UVM Larner College of Medicine, Vermont Psychological Association, Board of Medical Practice, Commissioners of Health and Mental Health, and appointed experts in psychedelic treatment

Directs the group to review research on clinical psychedelic-assisted treatments, monitor other states' programs, develop harm reduction training recommendations, and propose a pilot project for psilocybin-assisted therapy for serious illness and end-of-life care

Requires the Working Group to submit a written report with findings and legislative recommendations to House and Senate committees by November 15, 2025

Vermont Department of Mental Health, in collaboration with the Vermont Psychological Association, will provide staffing support and must convene the first meeting by July 15, 2025
