Authorizes municipal law enforcement agencies to participate in Vermont's automated traffic law enforcement (ATLE) pilot program, previously limited to the Agency of Transportation, until July 1, 2027

Permits ATLE systems in municipal work zones and at locations with high incidence of crashes or speeding where traditional enforcement is impractical, unsafe, or has failed to deter violators

Requires municipalities to conduct traffic engineering analyses confirming locations meet highway safety standards, post at least two notification signs, and publish ATLE locations on municipal and Agency of Transportation websites

Allows municipalities to contract with third-party vendors for ATLE system operation and deployment, with data storage requirements and annual independent calibration checks

Expands annual reporting requirements to include municipal ATLE data on system locations, violations issued, civil penalties collected, and recommended program changes
