Creates the Community Justice Center Working Group to identify available support services for pretrial diversion and transitional needs across Vermont's community justice center areas

Working Group will assess gaps in services, including behavioral health services, and develop mechanisms to share service information with courts and stakeholders

Membership includes 3 representatives from community justice centers (appointed by Vermont Community Justice Network), plus designees from the Chief Superior Court Judge, Department of Mental Health, Department of Health, Department of Corrections, and Attorney General

Findings and recommendations must be submitted to the General Assembly by December 1, 2026

Takes effect upon passage
