Admissions for publicly tuitioned students cannot include mandatory interviews, academic entrance exams, academic history review, mandatory campus visits, or consideration of ability to pay fees

Publicly tuitioned students cannot be charged application fees, academic fees, material fees, or tuition beyond what the district pays; schools must also make their budgets publicly accessible
