Nonresident full-time students enrolled in Vermont schools (grades 9-12, postsecondary institutions, or postgraduate programs) may purchase fishing, hunting, or combination licenses at resident rates

Eliminates the previous requirement that students complete two successive semesters before qualifying for resident license rates

Resident license fees: fishing $28, hunting $28, combination $47; nonresident fees: fishing $54, hunting $102, combination $143

Full-time postsecondary students must be registered for at least 12 credit hours per semester to qualify

Students must present a valid student identification card or other school document to verify enrollment status; effective July 1, 2026
