Requires General Assembly members and executive officers to file travel disclosures with the State Ethics Commission for any official travel paid by sources other than themselves, the State of Vermont, another state, or the federal government

Disclosures must include: purpose of travel, itinerary with dates, itemized expense payments or reimbursements for transportation, food, lodging, entertainment, tickets, and anything else of value, plus identification of who paid for each element

Disclosures must be filed within 30 calendar days of incurring travel costs, signed and attested to by the filer

Supplemental disclosure required if a matter involving the travel payer comes before the official within six months of accepting the expense or reimbursement
