Changes the recording requirement for posting land against hunting and fishing from annually to once every five years, with postings valid and enforceable for five years after recording

Requires physical posting signs to be dated every five years (instead of annually) or after a change in land ownership

Requires sellers to disclose to buyers whether property is posted against hunting/fishing prior to or as part of a real estate contract

Noncompliance with the disclosure requirement does not affect the marketability of title
