Enables flexible delivery models including programs at sending high schools, hybrid formats, and shared technology resources to reduce transportation needs and improve accessibility

Requires CTE programs to align with current and emerging Vermont labor market demands using data from Vermont's Most Promising Jobs and VT Labor Market Information assessments

Explores allowing CTE centers to become diploma-conferring institutions and requires high schools to award credits recommended by CTE centers; effective July 1, 2026
