Bills failing to meet crossover deadlines of March 14, 2025 and March 21, 2025 shall be referred to the Committee on Rules

Exempt from the crossover requirement: transportation capital bill, capital construction bill, general appropriations bill ("The Big Bill"), fee bill, and tax/revenue bills

Committee on Rules may release referred bills to another committee of jurisdiction or to the Notice Calendar

Bills still in the Committee on Rules when the 2026 adjourned session convenes shall be referred to appropriate committees or placed on the Notice Calendar

Temporary Rule 44A expires upon convening of the 2026 adjourned session
