Adds county coroners and medical examiner personnel to the list of occupations eligible for workers' compensation claims based on posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as an occupational disease

Defines "county coroner and medical examiner personnel" as individuals who respond to, investigate, handle evidence, or conduct autopsies for cases under county coroner or medical examiner jurisdiction

Requires personnel hired after January 1, 2026 to undergo a preemployment psychological examination ruling out preexisting PTSD as a condition of eligibility for occupational disease claims

Maintains existing exclusion: PTSD claims are not covered if the disorder is directly attributed to disciplinary action, work evaluation, job transfer, layoff, demotion, termination, or similar good-faith employer actions
