Exempts funeral merchandise delivered within 30 days of sale and transportation protection agreements from trust deposit requirements

Amends RCW 18.39.010 and 18.39.250 to modernize requirements for funeral establishments offering prearrangement services

Maintains existing consumer protections including full refund within 30 calendar days of contract signing and trust administration fee cap of 1% per year
