Washington Liquor and Cannabis Board must publish and annually update a data dashboard on its website tracking policies, funding, and health outcomes related to liquor, cannabis, cigarettes, tobacco products, and vapor products

Dashboard must include compliance rates and citations for underage sales, Healthy Youth Survey data on youth use, substance use prevalence data, and health care expenditures caused by regulated substances

Required metrics include annual deaths caused by regulated substances, health equity disparities, demographic impact data, and state spending on tobacco prevention compared to CDC recommendations

Financial data must include taxes collected, license fees, and penalties imposed on licensees, plus information on cannabis inversion (illegal product entering legal market) and diversion (legal product leaving regulated system)

All implementation must be conducted within existing agency resources with no new funding for staff, contracts, or technology; unavailable data is not required to be published
