Prearrangement funeral service contract trusts are presumed abandoned 3 years after the earliest of: the contract beneficiary's death, when the beneficiary would have reached age 107, or 50 years from contract execution

Lowers the reporting threshold for apparent owner information from $50 to $5, and reduces the owner notification threshold from $75 to $50

Changes annual report filing deadlines from November 1st to October 31st for most holders, and from May 1st to April 30th for insurance companies

Extends the abandonment period for excess proceeds from self-service storage facility sales from 6 months to 1 year, and requires holders to notify owners 3 months before ceasing interest payments or charging dormancy fees

Establishes a 10-year statute of limitations for the administrator to commence examinations or issue liability determinations, and caps finder's fee agreements at 5% of recovered property value
