Amends the statewide career and technical education task force's mandate to include consideration of programs that lead to U.S. Coast Guard Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) credentials for maritime careers

Task force must develop recommendations for expanding work-integrated learning opportunities including career connected learning, apprenticeships, internships, and pathways to postsecondary maritime education programs

Task force membership includes representatives from career and technical education organizations, aerospace/manufacturing, construction, maritime, community colleges, skill centers, allied health, and workforce training

Findings and recommendations due to the governor, legislature, and state board of education by November 15, 2025

Effective date July 27, 2025; task force provisions expire June 30, 2026
