Allows courts to order multiple firearm or deadly weapon sentencing enhancements to run concurrently rather than consecutively for offenses sentenced on or after the effective date

Removes the prohibition on earning good time credits for portions of sentences resulting from deadly weapon enhancements under RCW 9.94A.533(3) or (4)

Repeals RCW 9.94A.833 (special allegation for involving a minor in a felony offense) and RCW 69.50.435 (additional penalties for drug violations near schools, school bus stops, and public transit facilities)

Eliminates the 24-month sentencing enhancement under RCW 9.94A.533(6) for drug offenses committed in school zones or on public transit facilities

Removes the 125% sentence multiplier for criminal street gang-related felonies where adults compensate, threaten, or solicit minors to participate in the offense
