Increases maximum fine for insurer violations from $10,000 to $10,000 per violation (clarifying language), with minimum fine remaining at $250

Requires fines to be paid within 15-30 days of the order, with failure to pay resulting in revocation of the insurer's certificate of authority

Authorizes the Attorney General to recover unpaid fines through civil action, with collected fines deposited to the state general fund
