Amends RCW 42.56.270 to exempt proprietary financial and security information submitted to or obtained by the Washington State Gambling Commission from public disclosure under the Public Records Act

Protected information includes financial statements, independent auditors' reports, bank account records, player tracking records, loan agreements, and stock transactions (though quarterly license reports remain public)

Exempts gaming facility security information such as facility layouts, schematics, firewall configurations, network topologies, source code, disaster recovery plans, and incident response plans

Exempts gaming equipment technical information including hardware/software specifications, field testing data, cryptographic hashes, and user credentials that could compromise equipment security if released

Effective date: July 27, 2025; passed House 73-21 on February 13, 2025, and Senate 47-2 on April 8, 2025
