Districts receiving exploration grants remain eligible for implementation grants in subsequent funding cycles

OSPI must submit annual reports to the legislature beginning in 2028, evaluating program actions and potentially recommending statutory changes

Applies to traditional public school districts, charter schools, and state-tribal education compact schools, contingent on appropriated funding
