Extends the children and youth multisystem care program expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027

Renames the position from "coordinator" to "project director" throughout the statute

Changes the reporting requirement from a single final report to annual reports to the legislature on rapid care team data and recommendations

The rapid care team assists children in crisis, defined as those under 18 who are hospitalized without medical necessity and cannot return to parental care, or dependent children experiencing placement instability

Act takes effect immediately but becomes null and void if specific funding is not provided in the omnibus appropriations act by June 30, 2025
