Extends and expands a regional pilot program administered by the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges to increase career and technical education (CTE) dual credit participation and credential attainment, with grant funding available for up to two years

Authorizes grant funding for community and technical colleges, public high schools, and skill centers to develop dual credit course catalogs, align CTE programs with postsecondary pathways and apprenticeships, provide technical assistance and professional development, and award equipment grants for high-demand industries

Requires the college board and Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction to submit joint reports to the legislature with a preliminary report due December 10, 2026 and final report due August 10, 2027

Final report must include recommendations for improving CTE course articulation, creating statewide articulation agreements, improving credit transcription processes, and enhancing career counseling about dual credit pathways

Pilot program and reporting requirements expire July 1, 2030; the act becomes null and void if specific funding is not provided in the omnibus appropriations act by June 30, 2025
