Consolidates six separate professional licensing accounts into the existing business and professions account: architects' license account, funeral and cemetery account, landscape architects' license account, real estate appraiser commission account, geologists' account, and appraisal management company account

Repeals the statutes establishing these six dedicated accounts (RCW 18.08.240, 18.39.810, 18.96.210, 18.140.260, 18.220.120, and 18.310.160)

Requires all residual funds remaining in these six accounts as of December 31, 2025 to be transferred to the business and professions account by February 28, 2026

Adds these six professional categories to the list of approximately 25 professions whose licensing fees deposit into the consolidated business and professions account

Takes effect January 1, 2026
