Transportation network companies must disclose which vehicles (by make, model, and year) are eligible for each product class and provide drivers 120 calendar days written notice before changing vehicle age or model type requirements

Vehicles that lost product class eligibility based on vehicle year or model type in the 12 months prior to the effective date must be reinstated to that product class for at least 12 months

Per-trip electronic receipts must now itemize trip-based financial incentives, promotions, or bonuses paid directly from the specific trip rather than listing any applicable price multiplier or variable pricing policy

Companies must provide drivers a downloadable aggregated record of all per-trip receipt data for the previous 24 months within three business days of request

Effective dates: September 1, 2025 for vehicle eligibility provisions; July 1, 2026 for receipt and record-keeping changes
