Requires the Liquor and Cannabis Board to accept Department of Agriculture accreditation as the sole basis for certifying cannabis testing laboratories, both for initial certification and renewals

Licensed cannabis producers and processors must submit representative samples to independent, third-party testing laboratories accredited by the Department of Agriculture to verify compliance with quality and product standards

Laboratories found to have violated board requirements may lose their certification despite maintaining Department of Agriculture accreditation

Samples remaining after testing must be destroyed by the laboratory or returned to the licensee; entire lots must be destroyed if samples fail to meet quality standards

All fees collected under this section must be deposited in the dedicated cannabis account created in RCW 69.50.530
