Creates a new Mount St. Helens special license plate displaying an image of Mount St. Helens, adding it to Washington's list of approved specialty plates

Sets fees at $40 for initial issuance and $30 for renewal, consistent with most other special license plates in the state

Directs proceeds from the plate (after up to $12 deducted for administration) to a Mount St. Helens account to promote education, stewardship, and science through the Mount St. Helens Institute

Takes effect November 1, 2025
