Establishes a mobile market program within the Department of Health to increase access to fresh, locally grown produce for participants in WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) and senior farmers market nutrition programs

Targets rural areas and food deserts where residents lack access to traditional farmers markets

Requires mobile market programs to be operated by nonprofit organizations and serve areas without existing farmers markets

Directs the department to file a waiver with USDA if necessary to allow mobile markets to accept both WIC and senior farmers market nutrition program benefits

Takes effect March 1, 2026, with funding contingent on availability through the USDA
