State agencies, counties, cities, and towns are prohibited from purchasing opioid overdose reversal medications from entities (including affiliates and subsidiaries) that have settled with any state government over claims of causing or fueling the opioid epidemic

Entities that agreed to provide opioid overdose reversal medications as part of a state settlement prior to September 1, 2024, may continue providing these medications until their existing settlement obligations are fulfilled

Department of Health must maintain a public website listing entities from which government bodies are prohibited from purchasing opioid overdose reversal medications

Adds new provisions to chapter 70.14 RCW (Health Care Services)
