Adds Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha to Washington State's list of recognized days by amending RCW 1.16.050

Eid al-Fitr falls on the first day of the tenth month of the Islamic lunar calendar; Eid al-Adha falls on the tenth day of the twelfth month

Both holidays shift by approximately 10-11 days each year due to the lunar-cycle based Islamic calendar

These days are designated as recognized days only, not legal holidays—meaning state employees do not receive paid time off for them

Places Eid holidays in the same category as other recognized days like Korean-American Day, Cesar Chavez Day, and Lunar New Year
