Modifies the protection order hope card program to require cards include information about firearm prohibitions, weapons surrender orders, and extreme risk protection orders to reduce lethality risk for petitioners and law enforcement officers

Expands hope card eligibility to include extreme risk protection orders alongside domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, vulnerable adult, and antiharassment protection orders

Requires hope cards be available immediately when the protection order is entered (no waiting period) with interpreter assistance if needed, or later from the administrative office of the courts

Mandates the administrative office of the courts ensure all courts provide required information using consistent court codes, reporting mechanisms, and database entry
