Amends RCW 71A.10.100 to eliminate the requirement that clients on the developmental disabilities no-paid services caseload receive case resource management services

Removes case resource manager duties including contacting clients to discuss service needs and explaining available service options through the department or community resources

Retains the requirement for two permanent, full-time employees to review and maintain the no-paid services caseload, update head counts, and identify individuals interested in receiving paid services

Maintains annual reporting to the governor and legislature (beginning December 1, 2022) on caseload data and service interest
