Permits grant funds for culturally relevant programming including traditional ecological knowledge, family engagement, academic achievement, attendance improvement, and student/staff engagement

Mandates the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction provide technical assistance for federal grant applications and organize professional learning communities for recipients

Requires annual legislative reports beginning June 30, 2026, summarizing grant recipients, fund uses, outcomes, and recommendations for program adjustments
