Requires Washington higher education institutions to offer early course registration to students with dependents beginning in the 2025-26 academic year

New students with dependents who have completed admission processes must receive an early registration period

Continuing and returning students with dependents must receive early registration among students with the same class standing or credit level

Defines "dependents" as children 18 years or younger under the student's care, or persons with physical/mental disability or extreme advanced age who depend on the student for basic necessities
