Associations that fail to provide substantive responses cannot recover attorneys' fees and costs in any subsequent dispute arising from the inquiry, including litigation, mediation, or arbitration

Associations may limit responses to one written inquiry per unit/lot per 30-day period, with additional inquiries addressed in subsequent periods

Provisions for chapters 64.32, 64.34, and 64.38 RCW expire January 1, 2028; provisions added to chapter 64.90 RCW have no expiration date
