Establishes state policy that public health responses to communicable diseases must be guided by the best available science on safety and efficacy of evidence-based control measures, including immunizations and vaccines.

Requires state and local health officials to implement and promote evidence-based measures to control communicable disease spread, within available resources.

Prohibits the state and political subdivisions from enacting statutes, ordinances, rules, or policies that block implementation and promotion of evidence-based disease control measures, and voids any such existing restrictions.

Explicitly states the law does not modify, limit, or expand any requirements for individuals to receive vaccines, nor does it grant new authority to establish such requirements.

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon the Governor's signature on April 21, 2025.
