Allows diagnostic radiologic technologists, therapeutic radiologic technologists, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologists to perform intravenous contrast procedures under "general supervision" rather than requiring direct physician supervision

Defines "general supervision" as physician oversight where the physician directs and controls the procedure but is not required to be physically present; a licensed practitioner trained to respond to adverse events must be on-site

Permits general supervision to be performed remotely via real-time audio and visual telemedicine, with the supervising physician required to be on-call and available to respond to patient care needs

Preserves the authority of other licensed health care providers to provide supervision within their existing scope of practice under state and federal law

Amends RCW 18.84.020 to update definitions and adds a new section to chapter 18.84 RCW regarding radiologic technologist supervision requirements
