The Board's chief enforcement officer must regularly consult with Washington State Patrol to share robbery details and discuss evidence of patterns or coordinated criminal enterprise activity

Creates new special allegation enhancements for robbery convictions at cannabis retail outlets when the defendant used a vehicle to damage or gain access to the store

Creates additional special allegation enhancement for cannabis retail robberies committed in concert with one or more other individuals

Expands existing pharmacy robbery enhancement statute (RCW 9.94A.832) to include these cannabis retail-specific circumstances requiring special findings by court or jury
