Extends the expiration date of the license fee program from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2035

Fee revenue is deposited into the Washington real estate research account in the state treasury to fund the Washington Center for Real Estate Research

The research center conducts studies on affordable housing, urban and rural economics, and provides education services to real estate licensees, consumers, and public agencies

Effective date is July 27, 2025
