Exemptions granted when installation is not feasible, would violate disability access standards, or for single-patient health care facility restrooms not open to public use

First violations result in a warning letter; subsequent violations constitute a class 2 civil infraction, with exceptions if the station was removed due to improper use

Industrial and commercial buildings that prohibit entry to persons under 18 years of age are excluded from the definition of "public building"
