Restructures prorated grant amounts: 50% for families at 71-80% of median income, 25% for 81-90%, and 10% for 91-100% of median income

Creates a new $500 annual "bridge grant" for maximum Washington College Grant recipients who are not receiving college bound scholarships

Bridge grants begin in the 2025-26 academic year and cover non-tuition expenses such as books, lab fees, supplies, technology, transportation, housing, and child care

Students must be enrolled at least half-time for the full bridge grant; less than half-time enrollment receives a prorated amount
